Image Request Service

RITUAL THEME JEWISH ARTIST

The IRS feature is designed to assist educators in the process of integrating Jewish Art works into their curriculum. It is a service via computer to email an image appropriate to planned curriculum along with contextual information. It’s simple and it is especially powerful for visual learners (which most of us are). The categories and images displayed above are just examples of the variety of images available. Here’s how it works:

  1. You (the educator) tell me your proposed lesson plan:

    and tell me the grade level, and date for teaching this topic:
    Grade level and date
    (A three business day window for research and response is desired.)

  2. Click the Pay Pal Buy Now button below. This will allow you pay for the images you desire by credit card. Images are $7 each, so if you want more than one image change the quantity to the number of images desired.
  3. I will search my files of scanned Jewish Art objects (i.e. sculpture, mosaics, paintings, prints, etc.) to locate an image that will provide a visual explanation of your lesson plan.

  4. I will email you back with the said image, citation, and context.
